Oyster is a member of the Compliance Hub's Agency Recognition and Training scheme.
Oyster is working on a new Toolkit for hepatology nurse specialists. The Toolkit is backed by British Association for the Study of the Liver (BASL).
The three learning modules have been mapped to the draft liver competencies and focus on liver well-being and liver disease, identifying, screening and referring patients, and the liver patient experience.
The Toolkit is being written by E-learning specialist Jane Brotchie and is informed by advice from an editorial panel made up of clinical specialists working in hepatology and the British Liver Trust.
Oyster is also launching the third IBD Nurse Leadership Toolkit, Audit and measuring outcome, in Spring 2012. The Toolkit has three interactive learning sessions: understanding clinical audit, clinical audit – how to do it, and, completing the audit cycle: improving services.
The IBD Nurse Leadership Toolkits are written by Jane Brotchie and sponsored by Warner Chilcott UK Ltd.
